Balanced Mind Weight ManagementRx™ is a personalized, lifestyle-informed wellness program grounded in behavior change science and evidence-based lifestyle practices. It helps individuals understand how daily habits, emotional patterns, sleep, and nutrition can influence overall well-being, including mood, energy, and weight-related wellness.

Clients receive structured education, practical tools, and supportive accountability designed to build sustainable habits and long-term wellness rather than quick fixes.

Rx in this program refers to an evidence-informed lifestyle “prescription” consisting of education, skills, and accountability. It does not refer to medication prescribing, medical diagnosis, or treatment.

Step 1: Lifestyle & Mental Wellness Intake

Every client begins with a structured 60-minute intake designed to build a personalized foundation for change. This intake is self-pay and not billed to insurance.

Areas reviewed may include:

  • Nutrition awareness and eating patterns
  • Sleep and daily routine review
  • Stress and coping patterns
  • Mood and emotional well-being check-in (non-diagnostic)
  • Weight history and health context review
  • Readiness for change
  • Collaborative goal setting

If medical evaluation or labs may be helpful, clients are encouraged to discuss this with their clinician or request a separate appointment through Balanced Mind Mental Health.

Lifestyle Wellness Coaching Self-pay, wellness-focused support centered on sustainable lifestyle habits, education, accountability, and behavior change strategies.

Best for clients seeking structured habit support and wellness-focused change without clinical care.

Lifestyle-Focused Therapy Clinical therapy for women experiencing depression, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), and postpartum depression. This service incorporates lifestyle, nutritional, sleep, stress, and behavioral strategies within a therapeutic framework. Insurance may apply.

Lifestyle-Focused Therapy is provided through Balanced Mind Mental Health and is designed for women whose mood concerns are connected to lifestyle and hormonal factors.

This approach is informed by evidence-based lifestyle practices that support whole-person wellness.
